Mission
The mission of the Biratnagar Nursing Campus is to produce nursing graduates equipped with knowledge, attitude, practice in nursing practice, research, education and leadership and management who can provide service to individual, family and community through innovation, application, integration and dissemination of knowledge.
Goal
The goal of Biratnagar Nursing Campus is to ensure excellence in all academic program to advance nursing knowledge and practice, enhance sustainable economic development, ensure quality of education, increase faculty, funding for research through partnership with deferent stakeholders.
Objectives
- Develop quality education by critical thinking, competency, self-reliance and extension of higher education (Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master in Nursing)
- Construct and equip physical infrastructure for classroom, research activities, laboratories, library, teachers and administration office
- Communicate the rules, regulations and new updates to staff time to time
- Execute decision making at the Campus level based on the needs and demands of the situation
- Evaluate regularly individuals and departments according to job description in observable and measurable term
- Provide opportunity to all personnel for capacity building training, higher education, in- service training
- Establish Research Management Cell equipped with advanced IT and research activities (Journal publication, Journal Club, Dissemination)
- Enhance sustainable economic development through collaboration with local governance, province governance, UGC, HEP, QAA
- Increase internal income source through multipurpose building and increasing quota of student
- Construct the buildings according to the standard of Urban Development Plan
- Create gender friendly activities (Environment, furniture, toilet, ramp, wheel chair etc)
- Develop disaster preparedness plan for campus and provide training to students, employees and teachers in disaster management
